AIMS Xpress
AIMS Xpress is a complete system for creating international consignments and managing them through to delivery and invoicing. Customers have access to the system via the built-in web site where they can create and track their own jobs.
By configuring each customer's individual service levels its is possible to 'auto-route' the consignments with manifests being automatically created once the driver has confirmed the consignment(s) 'on board'. The system can route docs and non docs to different agents for example.
Complex Tariff structures are made easy with numerous functions to clone/copy or quickly create new. The Agents's costs tariffs are also designed to cope with different rates for docs and non docs (DHL for example) making it easy to identify your profit and loss down to consignment level.
Service based quotations are available to your customers from their secure website or more complicated quotes can be generated from the back-end and emailed as richly formated and branded PDF documents.
