Christine Weetman has been brought in to help look after Courier Software’s customers and make sure they’re getting the most out of their relationship with us. Her principal role is training new customers and being a guiding light through the whole onboarding process, transferring her skills to you and your employees and departments. But she is also keen to build and maintain good relations with all Courier Software’s customers. Training may be more intensive at the outset, but it’s an ongoing task as new features are added, or as customers use of the systems expands.
Christine is a qualified trainer, having completed the PTLLS course (Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector), winning an adult learning award in the process. Christine loves technology, thoroughly enjoying and embracing its ever evolving nature. “It keeps you on your toes!” she says.
Interestingly, Logistics have been a part of Christine’s life for as long as she can remember, with her partner being a lorry driver, and his father before him.
Ultimately, Christine is a determined problem-solver, a thinker that doesn’t rest until she’s fixed any given issue. We are thrilled to have her on board.
